2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
3. What are the shipping options and costs? We provide fast and reliable shipping with these options (delivery times are business days, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays):
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days — $20
- Free Shipping / FREESHIPPING: 7–14 business days — $0 (most orders qualify for free shipping!)
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $0 (select this for free delivery on qualifying orders)
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $10 (for orders below any free shipping threshold, if applicable)
Free shipping eligibility will be clearly displayed at checkout — the majority of orders qualify!
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Express: 3–6 business days
- Free / Standard: 7–14 business days Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, promotions), delivery may take slightly longer.
5. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Most orders qualify for Free Shipping (7–14 business days). Any minimum order requirement (if applicable) will be shown clearly in your cart at checkout.
6. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, undamaged jewelry in original packaging with tags attached. Return shipping is usually the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Contact support@benjaminimages.com to initiate a return.
7. Is your jewelry hypoallergenic / nickel-free? Many pieces are made with hypoallergenic materials (stainless steel, sterling silver, or gold-plated alloys) and are nickel-free. Check individual product descriptions for exact material details and allergy information.
